Lehman, today, through the law firm of Bell, Kirkpatrick A. Yoorhis, mao application for a divorce from her.The complaint states that the parties married December 10, 190 . and that, although they continued to live under the same roof, ceased to be husbandand wife except in name in1911. It is set out that the plaintiff was 59 when the marriage took place, 'and the defendant 44.
