ANDREW W. LEHMAN T\K1-TROUBLES TO COURT.-a.'s His Wife. Nnrah Lehman. IfSubjected Him In Much Cruel Treatment.Alleging that his wife, NormaLehman, has insisted upon controlling ail his business affairs, has been “grossly profane, immoral and at i-sive” in her treatment of him. has declared she has no affection for him and has abandoned him, Andrew W. Lehman, today, through the law firm of Bell, Kirkpatrick A. Yoorhis, mao application for a divorce from her.The complaint states that the parties married December 10, 190 . and that, although they continued to live under the same roof, ceased to be husbandand wife except in name in1911. It is set out that the plaintiff was 59 when the marriage took place, 'and the defendant 44. It is charged .that the defendant took i* upon hi -self to collect all rents due the pla tiff, and that after collecting re’ ■ she refused to make any accountingto the plaintiff.'
