New Taggart Trustee.A dispatch from Chicago states that Judge Honore has appointed, on request of heirs, a new trustee of an $85-000 share in the estate of Viola F. Culver, who bequeathed that sum to Grace Culver Taggart, of divorce court fame, Mrs. Culver drew her will, disposing of more than $300,000, Oct. 14, 1894. Nellie Culver Shields and Grace Culver, who then was unmarried, were adopted daughters. Each was given $85,000 in trust.
