DAY GIVEN TO DIVORCES_____ iJudge Patrick Elliott Passes on Several Cases of Domestic InfelicityMadge Szymanske failed to get a decree of 'divorce from Joseph Szymanske in the Howard superior court today. Judge Patrick Elliott listened patiently to the stories told by the parties, then plainly told them he was not granting decrees of divorce when there seemed to be nothing more the matter than an occasional family quarrel growing out of a pair of peppery tempers going on a rampage at the same time.
