J.T Feb. 13.—The father of a 9-year-old boy who was torn to death lt;by two Great Dane dogs was awarded a verdict of $10,200 . against the owner of the animals by ajury in Judge Henry E. Aekerson’s court here Thursday afternoon. The verdict was brought in favor of .Joseph Genatt, of Union City, against Adolph Bentz, of North Bergen, whose dogs killed Joseph Genatt Jr., in Floral Park, a North Bergen a-muaeraent resort July 27, 1923.Tit jury deliberated for one hourbefore’ reaching a verdict.
