Neglect and Cruelty Are Charged by WifeGross neglect and extreme cruelly are charged in a divorce petition filed today in common pleas court by Eileen Kamban, 132 South Second st„ against Martin G. Kamban, 228 North Fourteenth st.The couple was married May 19,1940, at Mohawk, and has one child.In addition to a divorce, the plaintiff asks custody of the minor child, household goods, temporary and permanent alimony.
