Two divorces were settled thepast week in common pleas court. Nina Mae Carpenter was divorced from Robert Carpenter on charges of extreme cruelty. She was awarded custody of minor child and the defendant was ordered to pay $5.50 a week for the child’s support. Mrs. Carpenter was ordered to pay court costs. The Ada Swagler vs. Paul Swagler divorce case was dismissed at the plaintiff’s costs. The case was filed Jan. 10.—Shirley Mae Hall. 10-month-old« i t _ • 1
