She allegesin her [complaint habitual drunkenness, failure to provide and cruel andinhuman treatment. They weremarried in 1881, and four childrenwere born to them. Three are of agefimd she asks custody of the fourth andminor child. The couple separated inSeptember 1007. Watson, Titsworth Green are attorneys for plaintiff.
