NON-RESIDENT NOTICE.Lamora Stone vs.Solomon Stone.State of Indiana Noble County, ss: In the Noble circuit court of Indiana.No. 3791. Complaint for di-j vorce.BE IT KNOWN, That on the 2(5th day of January, 1898, the above named plaintiff, by her attorney tiled in the office of the Clerk of the Noble Circuit Court of Noble County, in the State of Indiana, her complaint against the above named defendant, and the said plaintiff having also filed ' in said Court the affidavit of a competent and disinterested person, showing that said defendant Solomon Stone is a non-resident of the State of Indiana, and that the object of this action is to obtain a divorce, and also the affidavit of said plaintiff showing that the residence of said defendant is at St. Louis in the State of Missouri, and whereas said plaintiff having by endorsement on said complaint required said defendant to appear iu said Court and answer or demur thereto, on the 21st day of March, 1898.NOW THEREFORE, by order of said Court, caid defendant above named is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said complaint against him, and that unless he appears and answers o demurs thereto, at the calling of said cause on the 21st day of March, 1898, the same being the 13th judicial day of a term of said court, to be begun and held at the Court House, in the Town of Albion, in Noble County, Indiana, on the first Monday in Match, 1898, said complaint, and the matters and things therein contained and alleged, will be heard and determined in his absence.Witness the Clerk and seal of said Court this 2(5th day of January, 1898.THOMAS RRICKETT,Clerk of the Noble Circuit Court.
