Sho states in her petition that, they were married in 1878 and lived as husband abd wife till January 28th of thiB yoar, when Anderson drove her from the house, that she fears for her life and the life of the minor children. She says that Anderson is possesied of 234' acres of line Cass county land aud a large amount of personal property.The troubles of the Anderson9 have been airecl before. Anderson about two weeks ago tried to have a warrant issued lor the arrest of lils wife on the cnarge of attempting to poisonhim. He alleged that she had placed something in his ooffte and • that lie believod it to be poison. After sifting the matter thoroughly. Attorney Goodspeed arrived at tbe conclusion that there waB not sufficient evidence to warrant the action and the matter was dropped.
