Gilstrap has filed a suit for divorce from Ida Gilstrap.The complaint is in two paragraphs and alleges that on a blank date in • 1908 said plaintiff was conspired against by Theodore Greer, James Sweeney and Alexander, who got him drunk,brought him to Bedford, procured a marriage license, secured a minister and married him to said defendant, all while he was too much intoxicated to know what was going on and without his knowledge or consent. Plaintiff further alleges that it was several days after the ceremony before he discovered he had been married to said defendant.The complaint further alleges that defendant soon after their marriage refused to prepare bis meals or perform her marital duties; and that twomonths after the wedding she left him and lived for about four weeks with a showman named Lewis Rainey, at Mitchell, Washington, Bloomington, Vincennes and other towns.The complaint further alleges that said Greer, Sweeney and Alexander by undue influence and threats induced him to live with said defendant for two months after their marriage, although she was failing to perform her duties as a wife.
