The suit was filed at 1:30 o’clock this afternoon and the evidence was heard in Judge Herter’s room in the court hou^e and granted a few minutes later.Mr. Marsh allowed Mrs. Mi rah to secure the divorce without opposition, as he was anxious to secure a legal sepir it ion and the divorce was granted by mutual agreement. Mr. and Mrs. Marsh were married nearly twenty years ago and have three children.Mrs. Marsh is at present conducting a boarding house at 606 Sixth street, Louisville. Mr. Marsh has been employed for Beveral months in an iroa-milt at St. Louis, where he j holds a responsible position. j
