COMPLAINT FOR DIVOR, CEALIMO-NY AND INJUNCTION*State of Indiana* Sullivan county, ss.In the Sullivan Common Pleas Court—AprilTerm, 1867.Lucinda Powell—vs—Jesse Powell, James Shepherd, Benj. Powell, Nathan S. Crumpton, Peyton It. Story, Martin Hall and Win. Moore.WERE AS, the plaintiff herein, by Taylor. Hanna dr. Hanna, her attorneys, has tiled in. the office of the clerk of said court her complaint and also the affidavit of a disinterested person that the said Jesse Powell is not a resident of the State of Indiana. The said defen-.dant is therefore hereby notified' of the filing and pendency of said complaint against him % and that unless he appear before the Honora ble Judge of the Sullivan Common Pleas Court, on the first day of the next term thereof, to be held at the Court House in Sullivan, on the first Monday of April, 1867, to plead answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard in his absence and decreed accordingly.Witness, Edward Price, Clerk, and the seal of jl. #.] said court, at Sullivan, the 1st dav o* February, 1867.
