ALIAS SUMMONS.In the District Court of the Fifth Judicial District of the State of Montana, in and for the County of Beaverhead.Louise Carlisle, Plaintiff, vs. Bert B. Carlisle, Defendant.The State of Montana, to Bert B. Carlisle, the Above Named Defendant,' Greetings:You are hereby summoned to answer the complaint in this action which is filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to file your answer and serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff’s attorneys within twenty days after the services of this summons, exclusive of the day of service; and in case of your failure to appear or answer; judgment will be taken against you by default for the relief demanded in the complaint.This action is brought to dissolve the bonds of matrimony now and heretofore existing between the plaintiff and defendant by virtue of that certain marriage relation heretofore entered into between plaintiff and defendant on the ISth day of January, 1910, at Helena, Montana, and for the custody by this plaintiff of Ludwig B. Carlisle, aged 10 years, the issue of .-aid marriage.The grounds upon which this action is based are as follows: That for more than three years immediately preceding the commencement of this action the defendant has wilfully neglected to provide plaintiff with the common necessaries of life, he having the ability so to do; and further that for more than three years preceding the commencement of this action defendant wilfully and without cause deserted and abandoned plaintiff and ever since has so continued to wilfully and without cause desert and abandon plaintiff against l.er will and without her consent.Witness my hand and t‘ ^ ~e°l of said Coyrt this 30th dav of January,A.
