Mrs. Shaw also alleges that she discovered that her husband was a moral reprobate and that she has reason to believe that he was implicated in some sort of a criminal offense in Kansas and convicted. She asks the court for a decree of divorce, the restoration of her maiden name of Jennie Kackley, and a judgment for the $200 which she loaned to her husband.
