Findings have been ordered filed in: the office of Cleri of DistrictCourt Joseph C. Page for the plaintiffs in three divorce actions heardby Judge Karl Finkelnburg.Two of the suits were brought ongrounds of desertion.In one, Norman C. Meska, 23, Stockton, testified that his wife, Mrs, ' Grace M. Meska, desertedhim in August, 1953. The Meskaswere married Nov. 3, 1952,; andhave no children,Meska’s attorney, P S. Johnson, called the plaintiff and his father,Frank Meska* as witnesses.
