State of Indiana, her complaint against the defendant in said cause, aDd the said plaintiff having also tiled in said clerk's office in said cause, the affidavit of a competent and disinterested person showing that said defendant,Franks. Bus/., is not a resident of the State of Indiana, ami said plaintiff having also filed in said clerk's office her own affidavit showing therein that said defendant is not « resident of the State of Indiana as affiant is informed defendant lives atflhe City of iudiait Springs in the State of Missouri, and whereas said plaintiff having by endorsement on said complaint required said defendant to appear thereto on the 28th day of March, 1914NOW THEREFORE, said above named defendant. Frank S. Busz, is hereby notified of the tiling and pendency of said suit and complaint against him and that unless he appears in said court and answers or demurs thereto uu the 82th day of March, 1914. the same being the 24th judicial day of a term of said court, to be begun and held iu the court House in the Town of A1 bion. in said Noble county, State of Indiana, on the first Monday in March, 1914. said complaint and the matters and things therein contained and alleged will he heard and determined in bis absencu.Witness, the clerk and seal of said court this 27th day of January, 1914.WILLIAM H.
