HEllSI-MER, Defendant _NOTICE OF FILINO PETITION TO MODIFY DIVORCE DECREE—CUSTODY OF CHILDREN.Be It Known, That on the 14th day of December, 1965, the above named plaintiff filed in the office of the Clerk of the Wayne Superior Court complaint against said defendant in the above entitled cause, together with the affidavit of the petitioner that defendant, Marie A. Hetisimer, is not a resident of the State of Indiana. Said defendant is therefore hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said complaint against her for the purpose of modlfying divorce decree by granting custody of Mary Ann Hetisimer and William H. Hetisimer, Jr. to the petitioner in this action, and that unless said defendant i^pear and answer or demur thereto at the calling of said cause on the 28th day of March, 1966, in the Wayne Superior Court at the Wayne County Court House in Richmond, Indiana, said complaint and the matters and things contained and alleged will be taken as true and said cause will be heard and determined in her abeenoe.Witness the Clerk and the seal of said Court this 34th day of January, 1966.Miriam D.
