Infidelity IsClaimed InDivorce SuitCharges of infidelity* and atfttutorv♦ iroffenses are sot out in the petition for divorce and alimony filed in the district court today by Edwin Friend*prominent merchant at Eldon aguimdIds wife Eunice. *The plaintiff is seeking the annul meat of the marriage which took place at HI don on Aug. 51, 1905, and alimony in the sum ot lt;1,000 besides the title to certain property which the petitionalleges is now held tinder the name of the defendant. The alimony is sougl t on the ground that the plaintiff is not privileged to obtain a livelihood of any extent because of the loss of an arm and leg.The petition avers that on the first day of January, 1915, the defendant began to show a tendency of iufidelitv and that since that time she has spent at least one half of her time awav from home.The plaintiff also petitions the court to give permission for him to marrywithin one vear.*Vanity often claims virtue as one ofher hand maid erf*.Vanity is self-praise, fostered by aconceited mind.
