One Divorce Granted and Two Asked inDistrict Court HereOne divorce was granted Thursday in district court here and petitions for two others were on file.The decree, obtained jn .Judge Joseph J. Claris's court, gave Mrs. Irene Mae Classell* Ventura, a divorce from Truman J. Glas-sell, on grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment. Mrs, Glasseil also was awarded the right to resume hor_maiden name, Austin. The couple was married in Freeborn county, Minn., Oct. 22, 1935, and lived together until Feb. 1, 1936.Divorces were sought by:Herbert Grimm vs. Helen Grimm. The couple was married June 5, 1933, in Garner. A three year old daughter, toward whose support Grimm is paying and agrees to continue In pay $15 a month, is now in custody of Mrs. Grimm and her mother. Mrs. Anna Edwrards, 3J.H Fourth street northeast. Grimm does not ask for custody of the child.Mrs. Iva L. Willey vs. Frank N. Willey. The couple was married at Molt, N. Dak., in 1912, and lived together until May 1, 1936.Both of these actions are brought upon grounds of alleged cruel and inhuman treatment.
