Circuit Court.The divorce ease entitled Elizabeth Leavenworth, against Ira D. Leavenworth, is still on trial. The Court has been listening for the last three days, with heroic patience, to the long story of matrimonial trouble and ill-treatment as detailed m the testimony of the pliutilTj extending over a period of nearly twenty-five years. The evidence on the part of the plaintiff was concluded this afternoon, The defence are evidently prepared for a big fight, hay ms many witnesses in attendance.
