Johnson St., a welder, was granted a divorce in superior court Saturday when his wife, Capltola, 41, failed to contest charges of cruel and inhuman treatment, and desertion.Mr. Brey claimed that his wife deserted him for another man.The couple married in January, 1908, in Manitowoc, and has five children. Custody of the cbiidren was awarded to Mr, Brey, and the wife was awarded $1 in full settlement of all alimony or support money.
