Courthouse NewsDistrict Court.The October term of the Thirteenth judicial district court was concluded Saturday night at midnight. This week is vacation week. The January term of court will be opened by Judge Wayne H. Howell next Monday. Judge Howell will succeed Judge J. S. Callicutt Friday.
