Mrs. Virginia Rhine Schnepp was granted a divorce in Carroll circuit court last Thursday afternoon from William Schnepp. Mrs. Schnepp, who charged cruel and inhuman treatment in her complaint, was awarded the decree and the restoration of her maiden name, Rhine.
