Bvron Kemp Burnett, well-known Legionnaire and resident of Santa Ana for the past 10 years yesterday filed his application for the post of county librarian to succeed Miss Dorothy Wants, who is resigningJanuary 1. * IThe application, filed with County Clerk B. During his last year at the university he was assistant librar- j i ian at the university library. ]In 1917 he received his B. S. degree at the University of Nebraska before entering the United States Army for the World War. At the close of the war he was discharged from the service as a major in the field artillery. In 1921 he took post graduate w-ork at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.Coming to Santa Ana, Burnett entered the contracting business and is a member of the Orange County Builders’ Exchange.
