Trueblood, \COMES now said Plaintiff by John Baker, Eaq. her attorney and files the affidavit of a duinter-eeted person by which it appears lhat said Gilbert B. TrueUood is not a resident of the State of Indiana. Ha ia therefore hereby notified of the pendency of this cause and that unless he be and personally appear in our said Washington Circuit Court, at the Court House in Salem on the first day of the nest Term thereof and plead or answer to the allegations of the Plaiiitifl* Bill, the same will be heard and determined in his absence*Witness Washington C.
