ORDER OR PU Bt-fCATiONWEST VIRGINIA:—At rules held In the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Raleigh, on the 25th day of November, 1929.Macie Allff Woolwine, Plaintiff,against Bert Woolwine, Defendant.The object of this suit is to obtain a decree of divorce from the bonds of matrimony, in favor of the plaintiff, againnt the defendant, and for general relief.And it appearing from an affidavit made and filed with the papers in this cause that the defendants, Bert Woolwine, is a non-resident of the State of Wes'. Virginia, it Is therefore, on motion of the plaintiff, by counsel ordered that said defendant does appear at the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County within one month after the date of the first publication of this order and do what may be necessary to protect his interest in this suit.Attest: VAN HUNTER, Clerk.
