WILL NOT PROSECUTE WIFEFarmer Declares He Will Give Her Up Because She Appears Happywith Younger Man.Evansville, Ind., Dec. 20.—JosephVaughn. 76 years old, a wealthy farmer living a few miles below town, has given up liis wife, a pretty woman of 26 years, who eloped with a youngman, and refuses to prosecute her because he says she loves the young man.Last October Mrs. Vaughn eloped from here with John Lavinne, a young farm hand who was employed by Vaughn. They took with them Vaughn’s daughter, two years old. Vaughn has traveled several thousand miles in search of his wife and child, and finally found them at Booth Point, Tenn. He brought his child back with him.
