MAJJITOU.Articles of incorporation of the Mani-tou Iron Springs company were yesterday filed at the county cleik’s office. The object of the company is to own, buy, sell, improve and lease lands and real estate and to own, build, buy, sell, lease, use, and manage hotels, hoses, cottages, etc., at Mamtou. The company also proposes bottling the Mani-tou mineral waters. The capital stock lt;#f the eomp-ny is $100,000, and the directors for the tir^t year are A. K.Iloot, ?. VV. Drury, Henry Watson, Frederick Hayden, (». K. Allen, J. M. Ryrie ami A. ii. Drury. The principal offices of the company will bo at Mani-ton and Altau, Illiuois.—Colorado Spring $ Gazette.
