SUIT FILEDJoan Saunders, 377 W. Second St., has filed an alienation of affections lawsuit against Virginia S. Souders, 95 Gallagher Ave., asking damages of $20,000, plus court costs.Mrs. Saunders claims that she and Mike Saunders were married on Dec. 11, 1950, and have two daughters; that they lived together as husband and wife in peace, happiness and contentment since their marriage; that the defendant, knowing the marital conditions to exist, approximately one year ago and at various times and places, both prior and subsequent from that time, did wrongfully, unlawfully and maliciously by her enticements, favors, attentions, affections and seductive influence induce the plaintiff’s husband to become dissatisfied with his married life. The plaintiff further claims that her husband has withdrawn his affection, attention, companionship and love from her for this reason.
