DIVORCE REFUSED.After hearing a portion of the evidence* for the* plaintiff in the* divorce case of Hannah vs. Oscar W. Green, Judge Buekland dismissed the case, refusing a divorce, fie found that the charges of cruelty were based upon trifling ;wt* and intimated thut the plaintiff herself was responsible for a portion of the alleged cruelty of which she complained. !Judge Buekland remarked, in passing upon the case, that as serious differences exist in almost everv family* ias were shown to exist here and that if a divorce were granted, it wouldsimply be an encouragement to othersto ask the same relief on trilling and inadequate grounds.
