Millikan is eighty yearsold, totally blind, and an inmate ofthe poor house, and a defendant in a suit for divorce. He also served aterm in the penitentiary recently, forexecuting a warranty deed to another man’s farm.After returning from prison, aboutuvvo years ago. Mr. Millikan earned alivelihood by huckstering andpeddling horse radish. In the lastfailed and for ther wjast eight mouths he has been in thexor house, a county charge.Friday his wife, Margery Millikanfiled a suit in court for a divorce. Thecomplaint, prepared by Attorney C.A. Henry, alleges that plaintiff anddefendant were married in May, 1841,and lived together until Feb. 1894, atwhich time defendantplaintiff and refused longer to provide for her support. Mrs. Millikant1ttiis at present making her home withher daughter, Mrs. Jesse Jackson, iuthe northwest part of the city.
