Original NoticeIn the district court ot the State of Iowa in and for Mills county, January term, A D 1903.O A Hamilton, plaintiff, vs. Mary Hamilton,defendant.To said defendant: Yon are hereby notified that on or before the 18th day of December, A D 1902, the petition of plaintff- in tlio above entitled cause will be filed .In the office of the clerk of the district court of Hie state of Iowa in and for Mills county, claiming of you a divorce on the ground of willful desertion without reasonable cause for more than two years last past.And that unless you appear thereto and defend before noon of the second day of the next term, being the January term of the said court which will commence at Glenwood on the 27th day of January, 1903, default will bo entered against you and Judgment and decree rendered thereon as provided by law.Dated this 18th day of January, A D 1909.8HIKLRY GlLIilLLAND,36-39 Attorney for Plaintiff
