—Harriet Miller has filed a bill for divorce from her husband Mathias Miller, in Fulton circuit court. He is charoed with being cruel, using abusive language and neglecting his wife when sick. They were married Aug. 1907 and seperated Nov. 1908. She asks for legal seperation and that her name be changed to Harriet Musselman.
