Hoss had not been comp! et ed.Testimony in that case ended late Monday, but Judge Clark has taken it under advisement.Ho indicated he will give a decision during Friday’s vacation session here.The latest decrees were Incases styled as follows:Sherry Faye Cooley Smith vs. Jerome Smith, custody ofIone minor child was awarded complainant, defendant retained visitation rights and was ordered to pay $30 a month childsupport;Shirley Anne Donald vs. Gerald Donald, custody of one minor child to complainant, defendant retained visitationrights and was ordered to pay$100 monthly alimony, $300monthly child support, and to purchase a house and automobile for the complainant;T. H Craven vs. Hattie H.
