Order ofpublication.Now on this 10th day of December, 1943, in vacation of the Circuit Court of Scott County, Missouri, comes Plaintiff herein by her Attorney, Stephen Bartorj and files her Petition for Divorce, verified by affidavit, alleging therein, among other things thot the Defendant. William Marion Biggs, is a non-resident of the State of Missouri or has absconded and absented himself from his usual place of abode in the State of Missouri and can not be served with summons in the usual and ordinary manner required by law.WHEREUPON, It is the order ofthe undersigned, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Scott County, Missouri, in vacation, that publication be made notifying the said Defendant, William Marion Biggs, that the Plaintiff herein has commenced an action against him by petition in the Circuit Court of Scott County, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to dissolve the Bonds of Matrimony now existing between Plaintiff and Defendant.AND, Unless the said Defendant, Willian Marion Biggs, be and appear at the next regular term of the Circuit Court within and for the County of Scott, in the State of Missouri, to be begun and held at the Court House in the Town of Benton, Scott County.
