Final Divorce Decrees SignedA final decree was signed by Judge Clay LeGrand in district court here awarding Maude Digney a divorce from Patrick W. Digney, The decree provided that Digney should pay her $400 ! for her interest in certain household goods, and $3,750 for a tract of real estate. Digney was directed to pay all debts for family necessities. The Wapsie township couple was married at Muscatine Sept. 18, 1918.In another decree signed by Judge Clay Le Grand, Mary Osborn was awarded a divorce from Henry Osborn. Her maiden name of Rock was restored. The Goshen township couple was married at West Liberty Nov, 12,1957, and separated in June of1958.
