CELEBRATES 76th BIRTHDAYMrs. Walter Jewett was the victim ■of a very pleasant surprise when relatives and neighbors gathered at her home Sunday. The ladies brought well filled baskets and a lovely dinner was served cafeteria style. The day was a very happy one for all and especially for Mrs. Jewett. Mrs. Jewett received many gifts and greetings in honor of her 76th birthday. ..She is an exceptionally active lady for one of her years, managing the household duties for a family of four,or five.The guests were Joe Weston, G-eo. Hetzel and families and Mrs, Mary Leihundguth. .
