Lamberton Wants Temporary Separation From Husband Made Lasting.On the 10th day of February, 1398, m an notion in the circuit court, of RactD® county, Judge Frank M. Fish presiding, Catharine R. Lamberton, of Caledonia, commenced an action for divorce from Charles Lamberton. a leading former of the county, alleging that he was adflct-cd to the excessive use of liquor. Sop* aration was granted for a period of two vears. The court decreed that the plaintiff might apply to the court for judgment of divorce from the bonds of matrimony forever, in case that the defendant did not refrain from the use of liquor It is claimed that the defendant has not stopped and the defendant has been cited- to show cause on December oq at ! o'clock a. m., in the circuit court vhy the pravcr of the petitioner should coh be granted for divorce and reasonable division of property.It is claimed that Mr. Lamberton received 'the income of a trust estate amounting to about 828,000 and that there is possibly $20,000 worth of property to be divided.
