Blfoejr Divorce Case.Deahl A Deahl, attorneys for Grace Jacobc-Rigney, have brought divorce proceedings against Charles Rgney, the case being filed today. In the complaint it is set forth that the parties were married in M*y, 189S, and separated Noy. 5, 1900. Among the many allegations are cruel and in human treatment, non-snoport and habitual drunkenness. The plaintiff asserts that she waa comp died to take refuge at the home of her parents and that the defendant cursed and bsat her There are two children, Ruth, aged one year and six months and E ther,aged six months. It' is representedthat the defendant is able bodied and amply prepared to care for his wife and children. The court is asked to grant a divorce, give the plaintiff the custody of the two children and order the defendant to pay the um of 83 per week for their support.
