I have disposed of my Norfolk place in Trimble county, Kentucky, by conveying it to the Abbot of St. Meinrod’s Abbey and sue eessors in office, in trust for the Benedictine Order. I wish that arrangement carried out as directed in that deed which I have ordered to be recorded. If any or all of kin, or legatees seek to set aside this deed or this will, or defeat its purpose, then I direct that such as do shall take nothing of my estate, and the residue, whatever it may be, shall go to Bishop Mc-Oloskey and Bishop Meas in equal parts, and their successors in office, in trust, however, for religious use in their discretion, but I recommend them to use it as far as practicable in educating young negroes in Kentucky and there born.
