Wife Divorcing Husband In |U.S. PenitentiaryJeanne F. Terwilligar of 1 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard in Ross filed for divorce in Marin County Superior Court yesterday charging that her husband, j an inmate at Lompoc Federal Penitentiary for the past year, has failed to provide for her and deserted her against herwill.Her husband, Lawrence A. Terwilligar, was convicted in District Court in Phoenix, Ariz., Oct. 12, 1959, of transporting a stolen car across a state line.The suit filed by San Ansel-mo attorney Wallace S. Myers alleges that Terwilligar violated his marital duties and obligations.The couple had been married for two years when Terwilligar was taken into custody Aug. 12, 1959.Mrs. Terwilligar asks reasonable support and custody of their two children, John, 2, andFteven, nine months.
