Sbafter Peterson, as attorney for the plaintiff, filed a suit entitled Susie Melching vs. William Melching, divorce and alimony. The couple were married August 2, 1905, and sparated November 28th, last. Mrs. Melching says her husband during their short married life, often beat and cursed her. On November 28th, the complaint says Melching beat his wife, then went to his former home in Wabash county. Alimony in the sum of $300 is demanded.
