HALL MEMORIAL INDUSTRIALSCHOOLOperated t»y the Women’* Friendly Iiidtltute — Will Open January1904.Massillon, O.—The removal of Miss Frances Kilev’s institute from Titus-W-iville, Pa., to this eitv. is now assured and the establishment of the Hall Memorial industrial school operated by the Women Friendly institute, at 'nssillon, a material and tangible tact. The enterprise is controlled by the original board of directors of the institute together with a local board of five members, viz.: liev. C.Green, of Canton; Gilbert Porter, Clarence Brooks and .7, W. Hunt, together with Miss Kiley, the originator and founder of the Titusville institution. ‘ . •The Taylor Clay property at thecorner ot Francis ami Borden avenues lias been leased and is now in process of remodeling and fitting up for the enterprise. There comes from Titusville in the neighborhood! of $1,000 worth of equipment, -$1,000more is added from the Hall fund and several hundred dollars will be expended in improvements.From the Hall estate the industrialschool receives an endowment of ,$10,-000 which will cover all cost of carrying on the work except that an additional $1,400 will be secured by General Financial Agent Edwin Garnet Uiley who will raise the money by a canvass about the country, adding to the present list of 400 patrons who contribute annually to the Friendly institute. This places the school on a sure working basis.In a recent interview with Miss Hi lev she said:
