They were married July 20, 1934, and have a son Gail Allen, aged three years. Mrs. Fetherolf lives near Salem, O., and refuses to come to Medina county to make her home, where her husband has employment, the petition charges.Through her father, Clarence Oyler, Nina Mae Carpenter. 20, seeks divorce from Robert Carpenter of Uniontown, O.. on charges of gross neglect of duty. They were married Oct. 31, 1937, and have a three months’ old son, Robert Wayne. The plaintiff lives in Wadsworth.Divorces were granted to Ella M. Welton from Don E. Welton, and Eli Cost from Yovanki Cost.
