WANTS A DIVORCEGrandmother at the Time of Marriage, Seeks Releasement.Mrs. Mary C. Ogle, aged Cl years, has brought suit against Dr. Hercules Ogle for a divorce and $300 alimony. She alleges that the defendant neglected her, that she livedin a lonely house six miles east ofKokomo, her only companion being her granddaughter, that ihe defendant's visits were infrequent and that he associated with lewd people. He contributed little to her support, the sum often being less than $3 a year. Mrs. Ogle further claims that she is a sufferer from heart disease, but that her husband left her so situated that she wras forced to chop her own wood, and haul hay for the feed of her cows. A restraining order was issued against the defendant to prevent him from disposing of personal property and real estate in Rush county.A. B.
