All charged cruel and inhuman treatment.Clyde Ml Beery alleged that Mrs. Lucy Mario Beery, shortly after their marriage on Jan. 31, 1928, became dissatisfied with the amount of money he earned and insisted on spending hlg Income lavish! The • petition stated they lived together until June 10, 1929.Truman E. Dunahoe charged cruel ! and Inhuman treatment in his peti- ' tion for divorce from Mrs. jFaith ■ Dunahoe. They were married-at A1- : bert Lea June 13, 1928, and lived together until April, 1929.Albert Andrew charged his wifo, Mrs. Mary Andrew, with cruelty in the form of nagging. They were married at Albert Lea June 29,1928, and lived together until Oct, l, 1D30, when the defendant left, ac-j cording to the-petition.
