The marriage took place October 6, 1859. and the parties have one child, a boy now aged fourteen years. The testimony was that defendant left his wife March 12, 1870. One witness stated that he was never sober, and he did not earn enough to pay for hie drinks. His wife went around peddlmg and sewed for a living. Decree granted on the ground of habitual Intoxication. *
