Woman Collapses In Courthouse as She Is Divorced„ Mrs, Alleta Ethun. 35, Madison, collapsed on the flcor of a corridor In the courthouse this morning when her four children were taken away from her and her husband secured adivorce because she refused to give up another man whom she said she loves. ■The husband. Theodore, 39, a milkman, claimed his wife had admitted to him that she loved Theodore Klade, a divorced man who roomed at the Ethun home.Called to the witness stand, Mrs. Ethun admitted she loves Klade. Thewoman did not contest the diyorce action, but asked that she be given custody of the children. When she refused to agree to leave Klade, Judge S. B. Schein gwve the custody of the children to the father.Ethun declared that he and his wife lived happily together after their marriage, March 17, 1917, until.Klade became a roomer In November, 1930, Learning of the alleged relations of his wife and Klade, he ordered theman to leave the house, but Mrs. Ethun Insisted that Klade remain, the husband claimed.. Ethun then left the home, he said.Judge Schein ordered Klade brought into court to answer claims that he has not been keeping up the alimony and support money payments as directed when he was divorced.
