IMJ with typhoid fever.Ottilia Schmitt commenced suit la the superior court on Wednesday to have the bonds of matrimony existing between herself and George P. Schmitt dissolved. The mia-matad couple were married on April 29,1886, in this county. Kino children w.ere bom to them, the oldest oi whom is nineteen years of age and the youngest is only four months old. The plaintiff claims that in August, 1905, her husband left her saying that he would never return again, and he has bo far kept his promise. Mra. Schmitt also claims that before Schmitt left he was continually abusing her and calling har indecent names. The couple have eighty acres of land and this, besides a small amount of personal property, Mrs. Schmitt asks to be given her for the support of herself and children, claiming that unless she is given the property ahe will be tillable to provide for her family.
