Lizzie Banet today filed suit io the cirouit court against Panl Banet for divorce. They wer9 married February 19, 1902, and lived together until March 8, 1906. She alleges the defendant has failed to provide for her for the past a|x years and that he has treated her ornally by striking her. Charles W. Schindler is attorney for the plaintiff.
